Maybe bankruptcy is the right course of action for you and maybe it isn't. Maybe a Chapter 13 bankruptcy would work better for you than a Chapter 7 bankruptcy. Once you make the decision to employ me in your case, I will work with you to make sure you understand what needs to be done by the both of us to prepare your case for filing.
